ARK Sauna Sessions x Hyfer

Welcome to the ARK Sauna Sessions with Hyfer at Hopp i Havet!

Saunas are an integral part of Nordic culture. These high-heat, wood-lined rooms are designed to make you sweat, to flush out built-up toxins, improve circulation and help with muscle recovery. The traditional hot-cold sauna cycle usually ends with an an icy cold plunge in the ocean or a roll in the snow.

So Hyfer wanted to open access to HAVET's new woody wonders by having bookable sessions open throughout the day at Hopp i Havet!

There are a total of five saunas, four ordinary (Finnish) saunas and one *banja, all with access to restroom, changing room, sea pool and bar.
Each session lasts 45 minutes including 15 minutes for changing and showering afterwards.
The price is NOK 100 per person.
Each sauna takes up to 12 people.

** BANJA is Havet's Russian sauna. For the serious sauna lovers - it maintains a warmer temperature than the Finnish saunas and has no windows. This leads the attention inward and to the meditative aspect of the sauna ritual.

It's not possible to refund in the event of a no-show. Make sure you book at the right time. It fills up quickly and Hyfer cannot assist with changing the time. Sales close 10 minutes before each session.
