In the relay race there are four teams of five people and you will be set on a health journey with tests including SUP boards and kayaks followed by cold plunge, meditation, breathwork, and sauna. Prizes will be awarded to the winners, so grab four friends and reserve your spots!
FIRST PLACE PRIZE: A private sauna session for twelve people - a value of NOK 3,250. (This prize is split between the winning team)
These activities and breathing techniques are simple and basically suitable for everyone. However, If you have the special health challenges or issues you should let the teacher in advance. You will get wet, cold and warm! Remember to bring a bathing suit, towel and warm clothes and arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start.
