What is the single-most unifying factor for a healthy body and mind? The Brain.

This vital organ connects us all as humans; it drives us. The brain is the source of our creativity, provides us with the ability to conceptualise, to move, and to share and inspire others. It can also be the source of our greatest pain, where 1 in 6 suffer from headaches every day, but in general the global estimate of active headache disorders are more than 50% of people worldwide (Stovner et al. 2022). What do we really know about this mystifying, essential organ?

Hyfer Festival in collaboration with NorHEAD and CERG, is proud to present a seaside chat, where attendees can learn about life-changing findings on brain and headache research stretching back over 50 years. This session is presented in multidisciplinary discussion format with world-leading experts, providing attendees with an opportunity for questions and answers through our ‘ask the expert’ segment.

Join us for an exploration of: brain health, cognition, tips for treating and preventing Alzheimers, neural psychology, understanding headaches, as well as treatments and new technologies that help manage headaches.
