5-course dinner at Mana, with wild plants.

Mana can mean healing power or life force energy. The restaurant at Sluppen is relatively newly opened but has already established itself as something completely unique in our town. On the occasion of Hyfer, and in consultation with Jim Andre from Trøndelag Sankeri, they have put together a very special five-course meal based on local crops.

Unprepossessing, but with a high focus on quality, you can come in the finstas, or straight from the climbing center Grip on the other side of the street, for a unique and sustainable taste experience.

Do you want to learn about harvesting, and the useful plants used in the food you are served? Then you should also attend Forage to Table Part 1, a free course on foraging wild plants with Trøndelag Sankeri, which takes place in the same room from 5:00 p.m.
