For the first time in the world, a self-driving ferry is being put into trial operation. Trondheim's newest public transport service is the small passenger ferry, milliAmpere 2. It will transport pedestrians and cyclists across the canal from Ravnkloa to Fosenkaia at the same time that we are researching how the passengers experience this. The ferry is packed with technology and runs without a helmsman. It will be an important piece for utilizing urban waterways such Nidelven River in the coming years.

The ferry runs between 10.00 – 18.00 - the crossing is free.

The ferry runs the following days:
Thursday 22.09 / 29.09 / 06.10 /
Friday 23.09 / 30.09 / 07.10 /
Saturday 24.09 / 01.10 / 08.10 /
Sunday 25.09 / 02.10/ 09.10 /
